You've achieved a lot. But you know there's more.
From the outside your life probably looks pretty good.
You're successful. Capable. Respected.
And yet, something doesn't quite fit.
Maybe you're not enjoying your success as much as you thought you would. Maybe you've lost some confidence. Or some love for the life you're living. Or maybe nothing is wrong.
You just know there's more in you.
Good enough isn't good enough for you.
Success can make change harder. The more successful you become, the harder it can be to get an honest perspective or admit it doesn't feel right.
People at work and at home look to you for answers. People around you have a relationship with you.
Somethimes you need someone with no agenda other than yours.
Someone who sees what you can't see yourself.
That's where I come in.
You've probably read the books and listened to the podcasts. You probably know a lot about what you should be doing.
Knowing usually isn't the problem for my clients. Doing something different is.
I challenge your thinking and uncover what's really going on, then help you turn this insight into action.
The real issue isn't always the obvious one. If it was, chances are, you'd have already sorted it by now.
You might arrive with one problem but underneath it there's often something else. A pattern. A belief. Something you've outgrown.
And often, underneath all of that there's a need to feel safe.
Safe enough to make the decision.
Safe enough to disappoint someone.
Safe enough to stop doing what's expected.
Safe enough to trust yourself.
When we don't feel safe we stay stuck in patterns that no longer serve us. Even when we know what needs to change.
My job is to help you understand what's really holding you back so you are free to make your own choices.
That's why there are no generic coaching templates when we work together. The coaching is bespoke, built around you.
As one of my clients said "Katy is not the coach for people who wish to feel better. Katy is the coach for people who want to become better".
Thinking differently. Acting differently. Living differently.
This isn't for everyone.
I'm not the coach for someone looking for reassurance or a quick fix.
I work best with people who are ambitious, curious for change and prepared to be challenged.
People who know they're capable of more.
You can keep going as you are.
Of course you can.
You've managed this far.
But the things we know need to change rarely change by themselves.
So ask yourself:
How long are you prepared to live with something you already know isn't right?
You've already proved what you're capable of.
The question is what becomes possible when you stop holding yourself back?
If you know there's more available to you, it's time to find out what it looks like.
I was called the 'Rolls Royce' of coaching by my third ever private client. I take that compliment and I deliver on it.
